Pyramid Allentown Outpatient provides comprehensive, affordable care for adults and teens struggling with drug and alcohol addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Recognized by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services as a Center of Excellence, the program offers specialized support for chronic opioid relapse, including guidance from Certified Recovery Specialists who help clients remain engaged in treatment. Services include day treatment, intensive outpatient programming (IOP), traditional outpatient care, and level-of-care assessments. Walk-in assessments are available Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM, ensuring quick access to treatment.
At Pyramid Allentown Outpatient, clients receive evidence-based care through individual therapy using CBT and motivational interviewing, group counseling tailored to specific needs, and peer support to strengthen recovery skills. Adolescents benefit from specialized groups designed for ages 12–17, while all clients can participate in family or couples counseling to improve communication and support. The center also provides educational workshops for the community and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults using Suboxone and Vivitrol to reduce cravings related to opioid and alcohol use. Conveniently located on the northwest side of Allentown, the facility offers free parking and is accessible via LANTA bus route 209, connecting residents throughout Lehigh County to essential outpatient care.
