Teen Challenge Happy Valley Women and Children’s Center Unverified

Teen Challenge Happy Valley Women & Children’s Center, located just east of Interstate 5 near Anderson and downtown Redding, provides a long-term, faith-based residential program for women overcoming addiction, trauma, and other life-controlling challenges. The program allows women to stay with their children, supporting family healing while residents rebuild their lives physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually over 12 to 18 months.

Residents participate in daily life skills training, parenting classes, and spiritual development programs. Activities such as lakeside reflections, mission trips, and community service projects foster personal growth and confidence. From preparing summer camps to feeding the hungry, each experience helps women develop resilience, strengthen connections, and move toward freedom and a life of renewed hope, preparing them for long-term recovery and a healthier future.
