Sheepgate Women’s Program, a division of Adult & Teen Challenge of the Midlands, is a donor-supported, faith-based rehabilitation program dedicated to helping women ages 19+ overcome **SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS** and co-occurring mental health challenges. Offering a highly structured 12-month discipleship model, the program uses Christ-centered teachings and biblical principles to address addiction, depression, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, and emotional struggles. Women learn to apply faith in practical daily living through worship, personal devotion, independent study, one-on-one counseling, and work-ethic development. Set on a peaceful 10-acre property in Beatrice, Nebraska, the program offers a safe environment where women heal spiritually, emotionally, and physically while building supportive Christian community.
At Sheepgate Women’s Program, residents engage in a structured schedule that includes morning worship, life-skills workshops, household responsibilities, gardening, and animal care, all designed to build discipline, accountability, and spiritual growth. The program offers job training, GED support, and employment partnerships to help women develop lasting independence. Family involvement plays a central role through prayer support, ongoing communication, and an annual Family Day focused on restoration. Known for its strong outcomes, the program reports a 70% success rate and charges only a small intake fee, making it accessible to women seeking freedom from severe **DRUG & ALCOHOL ADDICTION** through a Christian foundation of hope and transformation.
