Antelope Recovery is a virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) designed to help adolescents struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring mental health challenges. Through a fully online model, the center combines structured therapy, family participation, and harm reduction techniques to help teens build emotional balance and apply recovery skills in real-life situations. Antelope Recovery uses evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused interventions. Teens participate in individual, group, and family therapy sessions that improve communication, resilience, and self-regulation, while mindfulness and motivational interviewing (MI) support healthy habits and long-term healing.
Antelope Recovery emphasizes family connection as a key part of recovery, offering weekly parent groups, coaching, and educational sessions to help caregivers reinforce positive change at home. The program operates Monday through Friday, from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M., giving families flexible access to professional care without disrupting school or daily routines. Teens also benefit from ongoing outpatient therapy and alumni programs that maintain engagement and accountability within a compassionate virtual community. By integrating therapy, family involvement, and holistic wellness, Antelope Recovery empowers adolescents to overcome addiction, manage emotional challenges, and move confidently toward lasting recovery and stability.
