Their trauma-informed approach focuses on identifying the root causes of distress and retraining the body for long-term healing. The multidisciplinary treatment team, including nurses, therapists, and case managers, collaborates to create personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs. The campus provides a supportive environment with meditation spaces, a recreation room, and serene outdoor areas to foster reflection and growth.

The structured weekly program at Shades of Hope includes daily therapy sessions, yoga, and balanced meals during weekdays, with group lunches and unstructured time on weekends. Extended care options allow clients to continue treatment for up to six weeks if needed, with recovery coaches supporting ongoing wellness and coordinating re-admissions when necessary. Workshops focus on emotional well-being and breaking free from codependency, ensuring clients build resilience and practical skills for lasting recovery.
