At NorthStar Regional Chaska Walnut Street, clients receive a highly organized therapy schedule featuring two weekly 3-hour group sessions, one 4.5-hour intensive session, and regular one-on-one counseling. The IOP with lodging includes a 3-phase program beginning with 20 hours of weekly support, covering life skills, meditation, family education, and change management. After treatment, clients transition to aftercare services with continued support from the center and nearby AA/NA groups, helping maintain long-term sobriety.
