Iris Wellness Group provides compassionate outpatient care for adolescents, teens, and adults facing addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Through evidence-based and holistic treatment approaches, the center supports recovery with individual counseling, group therapy, experiential therapy, and whole-person care. Each client receives a personalized treatment plan designed to address the root causes of substance abuse addiction while nurturing mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Iris Wellness Group offers flexible levels of care to meet clients where they are in recovery, including a short-term Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides structured individual and group therapy 3–5 days per week, as well as step-down outpatient services with virtual telehealth options. Additional customized support such as peer support, life skills training, and alumni aftercare programs helps individuals build lasting recovery from drug addiction and alcohol addiction.
