House of TIME is a long-term residential and supportive housing program designed for homeless women ages 18 and older who are affected by substance use disorder, addiction, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Some residents enter the program with children. This structured, community-based program emphasizes accountability and personal responsibility, offering a comprehensive path to recovery rather than short-term rehabilitation. Depending on individual stability and needs, residents may receive up to 24 months of transitional care or permanent supportive housing with no time limits.
Through an individualized, evidence-based approach, House of TIME blends addiction treatment with holistic life skills development. Personalized care plans may include therapy, relapse prevention education, parenting support, job training, academic completion assistance, and life skills coaching. Women with co-occurring disorders receive access to counseling, mental health care, and medical assessments, while group recovery work supports emotional healing, independence, and long-term sobriety within a real-world living environment.
