Clients receive comprehensive assessments, including physical and psychiatric evaluations, before beginning a structured recovery plan that combines individual and group therapy, trauma-informed counseling, and relapse prevention. Therapeutic modalities include creative arts therapy, equine therapy, family therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), and experiential therapies.
At Vista Taos, recovery is guided by a compassionate and multidisciplinary team, including Master’s-level addiction counselors, LCSWs, nurse practitioners, and specialized therapists. The center’s tranquil Southwestern-inspired facility accommodates up to 18 residents in gender-specific housing, offering comfort, community, and privacy.
