North County Serenity House Women’s, a program under HealthRIGHT 360, provides comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment services for women in San Diego County. As part of HealthRIGHT 360’s network of over 50 programs across California, this center specializes in residential treatment, transitional housing, and peer support for women and families. Their women’s residential facility serves up to 120 clients at a time, offering medically monitored detox and trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
