MFI Hemet Outpatient Treatment Center provides specialized care for men, women, and teens facing substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. Conveniently located within one block of a Route 44 bus stop, the center offers easy access to Hemet and San Jacinto. Programs include gender-specific care and teen-focused treatment, emphasizing family involvement, multidimensional family therapy (MDFT), parent education, and relapse prevention as part of individualized treatment plans.
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) using the Matrix Model, 12-Step facilitation, group therapy, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention strategies. Additional therapies may include EMDR, brainspotting, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) based on individual needs. Family and couples counseling is emphasized, alongside psychiatric monitoring, medication management for co-occurring conditions like depression and anxiety, and primary care support. Day and evening IOP options offer flexibility, while standard outpatient programs provide 6–9 hours weekly for clients balancing work or family commitments, supporting long-term recovery.
