Compass Intervention Center Memphis is a residential and outpatient program treating children and adolescents (ages 10-17) with mental health and substance use disorders. Their licensed staff take an evidence-based and experiential approach to treatment using therapies like art therapy, canine therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), recreation therapy, and group therapy. In addition to their residential program, Compass Intervention center has 2 outpatient programs, both of which are available through telehealth: a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).

Education Services

Compass Intervention provides onsite education services through their Compass Academy program. Compass Academy is a licensed therapeutic school with certified special education teachers who can accommodate individualized education plans (IEP). Class sizes are small, with 13 students or less. They offer a variety of academic courses as well as standardized test preparation courses.
