The high-intensity track includes 25 therapy hours weekly and 24/7 nursing access, focusing on full-time recovery. The low-intensity track allows clients to work and attend therapy outside work hours, with added monthly group activities. Both programs emphasize spiritual growth, 12-step recovery, and individualized care. Transitional living is available afterward. With a sliding fee scale and job opportunities during treatment, The Shoulder provides structured, affordable care to support lasting recovery and community reintegration.
