Andy's House is a residential and outpatient addiction treatment center located just a 5-minute walk from the St. Lawrence River. Founded and operated by individuals in long-term recovery along with caring professionals, the center provides personalized care through its 90-day residential program, 35-day residential program with 16-week intensive outpatient program (IOP), or standalone 16-week IOP. Addiction treatment at Andy’s House incorporates the Minnesota 12-Step model and evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral groups, psychoeducational groups, and problem-solving groups, alongside interpersonal processes approach coaching to enhance social and relationship skills.

The facility, an old Victorian mansion, offers a home-like environment with spacious living areas, outdoor space, and a pool. Clients also benefit from holistic and alternative therapies including art therapy, cinema therapy, yoga, physical fitness, and daily journaling. Andy’s House emphasizes individualized attention with no more than 15 clients at a time, and provides a 2-year aftercare program and ongoing family support, ensuring continuous engagement and a strong foundation for long-term recovery from addiction.
