Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Moreno Valley Community Health provides comprehensive care for mental health and substance use disorders in both residential and outpatient settings. Accredited by the Joint Commission and CARF, the center offers full outpatient services weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Programs cater to children, transitional age youth (16-25), adults, and older adults 60+, with early intervention initiatives like Set-4-School for children 0-5. RUHS also provides home visits, special programming for pregnant and parenting women, and support for individuals in the criminal justice system. Translation services, including ASL, and wheelchair-accessible facilities ensure care is accessible to all.

RUHS follows a "whatever-it-takes" philosophy, offering personalized support through therapy, daily life skills training, housing assistance, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Their treatment approach integrates multidimensional family therapy (MDFT) and coordination with primary care providers for a holistic recovery plan. Clients can track their progress and access treatment notes through the MyChart app. The center’s flexible programs and emphasis on individualized care help clients achieve stability, long-term recovery, and overall well-being.
