Residents participate in activities such as nightly walks, weekly bike rides, and local outings, alongside evidence-based therapies including individual counseling, rehabilitation counseling, family/collateral counseling, medication support, psychiatric care, equine therapy, dual diagnosis treatment, crisis intervention, and case management.

Upon admission, each resident undergoes a comprehensive mental health assessment and evaluation to determine their level of care needs. Clinicians then develop personalized service plans to address each individual’s treatment goals. Psynergy primarily serves individuals eligible through county partner programs, while also accepting self-funded residents.
