Formerly known as Morningstar, Integrative Life Treatment is a gender-specific residential campus for women who are struggling with trauma, mental health disorders, addictive disorders, eating disorders, attachment wounding, intimacy disorders, and substance use disorders. At integrative Life, clients have individual treatment plans that are run by Masters-level therapists with a minimum of 35 hours of programming. The women’s residential program is evidence-based and holistic, which includes therapies such as yoga, spirituality groups, breathwork, brainspotting, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-informed bodywork and massage, acupuncture, sweat lodge, music therapy, and art therapy. They also employ equine therapy, mindfulness, psychodrama, low ropes courses, journaling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), comprehensive resource model, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). A typical stay is 6 weeks and around $10,500. Integrative Life Treatment will seek a Verification of Benefits from the client's insurance company to determine if the insurance company will contribute to the cost of the program.
The women’s residential campus is located 20 minutes outside Nashville, Tennessee. The campus is composed of 2 separate 6-bed homes on 25 acres of woodland lands.Transportation is provided for clients attending support meetings, medical appointments and any offsite activities. In addition to treatment, Integrative Life Center has partnered with local vendors and farms to contribute to balanced meals and supplemented snacks. Women can enjoy a farm-to-table meal program ensuring proper nutrition during recovery.
