The Next Door Recovery offers a Christ-centered environment where women and pregnant women can heal from **drug and alcohol addiction**, trauma, mental illness, and incarceration. Founded by women from First Baptist Church Nashville, the program began as a response to the need for safe transitional housing and has since grown into a comprehensive treatment provider offering medically monitored detox, residential care, PHP, and IOP. Clients receive evidence-based therapies combined with 12-Step facilitation, prayer, and meditation to promote spiritual and emotional growth. Services include individual therapy, process groups, relapse prevention, life skills support, case management, family therapy, and Rock to Recovery programming.

At The Next Door Recovery, women find a supportive, empowering place to rebuild their lives. The 20-bed residential facility provides cozy shared rooms and access to wellness activities, including fitness classes at the YMCA and supervised outdoor time. Meals are served cafeteria-style with an emphasis on nutrition, helping residents restore both body and mind. With a mission to uplift women and promote lasting transformation, the center blends clinical excellence, spiritual support, and life-changing community to help women overcome **addiction** and move forward with confidence and purpose.
