Gateway’s Eastman House provides supportive, gender-specific treatment for women at high risk, including those who have experienced trauma, homelessness, or involvement with the criminal justice system. With a mission to promote empowerment and independence, the center helps women build a foundation for sobriety through structured support for Drug & Alcohol Addiction recovery. Clients receive counseling, relapse-prevention education, and life-skills training tailored to their personal needs, helping them learn to navigate everyday challenges with confidence.
At Gateway’s Eastman House, the focus goes beyond clinical care. The program emphasizes coaching, education, and social reintegration, teaching skills like budgeting, communication, self-advocacy, and healthy decision-making. Women heal in a safe, restorative environment that encourages long-term recovery and personal growth. By addressing trauma, emotional wellness, and real-world responsibilities together, Eastman House equips clients to re-enter their communities as strong, sober, and self-sufficient individuals prepared for a stable future.
