Evolve Teen Treatment Center - Fair Oaks is a residential treatment center specializing in mental health, substance use, and behavioral challenges for adolescents ages 12-17 in the Sacramento area. Located in a quiet, private neighborhood, the center provides a serene, home-like environment with therapy offices, a school room, gym, comfortable bedrooms, and a resort-style backyard featuring a pool, outdoor dining, and recreational spaces. Teens can also enjoy nearby hiking trails while receiving structured, supportive care.
Evolve Fair Oaks offers evidence-based programming lasting 30-45 days, serving up to six clients at a time. Treatment includes individualized plans, daily group therapy, three weekly individual sessions, and two weekly family therapy sessions. Therapies include DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and experiential activities like art, music, equine therapy, surfing, yoga, and hiking. Psychiatric and nursing support are provided, along with aftercare planning. The center is accredited by CARF and The Joint Commission and begins admission with a free clinical assessment to ensure the best fit for each teen.
