With a low client-to-staff ratio, Sana utilizes evidenced-based modalities and individualized treatment plans that are unique to the client's specific needs. Sana offers a wide variety of therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational enhancement framework (MET), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), stress management, 12-Step facilitation, skills-based therapies, mindfulness training, and more. Wellness is an important part of the healing process, and Sana offers personalized holistic treatments to enhance well-being and alleviate symptoms.
