Bravo Zulu House is the first sober living residence in the U.S. dedicated exclusively to veterans living with PTSD and **substance addiction**. This veteran-focused recovery home provides a safe, structured environment designed to support long-term sobriety and emotional stability through military-informed care. In partnership with Mayo Clinic Health System, residents receive whole-health support addressing physical, mental, and behavioral needs. Programming includes counseling, 12-Step engagement, dog therapy and training, hydroponic farming, and wellness practices that build purpose, reduce stress, and strengthen recovery.
Healing at Bravo Zulu House is fostered through comfort, accessibility, and community connection. The ADA-compliant home offers private rooms, wheelchair access, a fitness center, and peaceful lounges that encourage relaxation and peer bonding. Surrounded by rural Minnesota’s natural beauty, veterans can reflect, rebuild, and find strength in shared experience while receiving the tools needed for recovery from PTSD and **drug and alcohol dependence**. With spiritual guidance, career support, and holistic programming, the center empowers veterans to regain stability, restore hope, and pursue meaningful life goals.
