Serenity Mesa Recovery Center in New Mexico specializes in treating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders for youth ages 14–21. They offer medical detox, long-term residential care, and outpatient services in a supportive, youth-focused environment. The program includes group and individual therapy, case management, and wellness support, along with education, GED prep, and job readiness training. Residents learn life skills for sobriety and independence, participate in chores, and have access to an onsite and local gym.
