Luna Recovery in Houston Heights is a family-owned treatment center offering residential care, Day Treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), recovery coaching, and family therapy. Their boutique-style residential program provides personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, including specialized programs for adolescents. Luna Recovery combines evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), group therapy, and weekly family therapy with holistic approaches like massage, body treatments, neurofeedback, and planned outings. Detox is conducted under the supervision of specialized physicians, clinicians, and nurses, using medications when necessary for comfort and safety.

Clients at Luna Recovery meet regularly with their individual therapist and clinicians, with additional sessions with psychiatrists and physicians to ensure optimal progress. After completing residential treatment, clients can participate in weekly alumni groups, PHP, and IOP programs to maintain their recovery journey. Families are supported through weekly family groups at the outpatient office. Luna Recovery’s modern, boutique-style home offers a welcoming environment, personalized nutrition plans, and gourmet meals, providing a holistic and supportive setting for clients to heal, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves and their families.
