The Rose House, founded in 2007 by Dr. Marcy Chambers, is a gender-specific, extended care treatment center in Boulder, Colorado, dedicated to helping women achieve sustained sobriety and emotional healing. The program addresses both mental health and **addiction**, focusing on the whole person through psychological, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cognitive care. Evidence-based and holistic therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), art therapy, equine therapy, mindfulness, nutrition, and weekly family sessions, are integrated into individualized treatment plans. A strong relapse prevention component and nightly 12-Step program support long-term recovery and community engagement.
Set in a serene 16-bed country cottage outside Boulder, The Rose House offers an intimate and supportive environment with stunning mountain views. Residents share household responsibilities, dine together, and participate in outdoor activities that promote wellness and reflection. This close-knit setting, combined with comprehensive therapeutic support, makes it an ideal place for women to begin their journey toward lasting recovery from **addiction** in a safe and nurturing space.
