Each treatment plan is personalized, combining evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Clients receive two hours of one-on-one counseling weekly along with group therapy, experiential activities, IV vitamin and hydration therapy, and spiritual consulting with a Hawaiian Kahuna. Maui Recovery also provides discounted rates for Kama’aina clients.

The center emphasizes holistic healing and a smooth recovery process. Detox is medically supervised to ensure comfort while easing withdrawal symptoms, and treatments address both physical and psychological aspects of addiction. Maui Recovery also focuses on aftercare, offering support groups, continued team communication, help with substance-free housing, employment and education assistance, and medication management.
