Aspire Recovery in Lubbock, Texas, offers a highly regarded outpatient program for adult men and women struggling with substance abuse, process addictions, trauma, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Established over 10 years ago as the first accredited substance abuse program in the area, Aspire Recovery combines 12-Step philosophy with evidence-based therapies and holistic services. The 8-10 week program provides individualized treatment plans and includes educational groups, process groups, chemical dependency groups, individual counseling, couples and family therapy, life skills training, and EMDR therapy. Clients also participate in recreational outings, such as hiking, go-karting, paintball, and movie trips, to enhance social skills and recovery engagement.

The outpatient facility at Aspire Recovery is designed to feel welcoming and home-like, offering a supportive environment for recovery. Dinner is provided every Monday night, and the center is in-network with most insurance providers while also offering reasonable self-pay rates. Aspire Recovery additionally offers a men’s sober living program for clients who need a safe place to reside while attending outpatient treatment. By integrating structured therapy, holistic care, and community support, Aspire Recovery helps clients build lasting recovery skills, improve mental health, and successfully reintegrate into daily life.
