The Lodge, part of Aspire Recovery in Lubbock, Texas, is a premier men’s-only sober living program offering structured and supportive recovery in a home-like environment. The program is rooted in 12-Step philosophy and combines evidence-based therapies with holistic services. Over 8-10 weeks, clients receive individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs, attending evening sessions three times a week at the Aspire Recovery outpatient center. The program includes educational groups, process groups, chemical dependency groups, individual counseling, couples therapy, family counseling, life skills training, and eye movement therapy (EMDR). Clients also participate in recreational outings to foster community and real-life social skills.

Nestled in a quiet South Lubbock neighborhood, The Lodge provides up-scale accommodations with spacious living areas, a modern kitchen, stone fireplace, large yard, and outdoor pool, creating a comfortable and home-like atmosphere. Accredited by CARF, The Lodge is ideal for men seeking a structured 12-Step program in a supportive setting.
