The Ridge offers personalized, evidence-based addiction treatment on a serene 51-acre property, providing clients with a peaceful environment to focus on recovery. Their programs include residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient care, and a 72-hour One-Bite assessment for professionals facing medical board issues. Specialized care is available for tech-savvy professionals such as CEOs, lawyers, pilots, and business owners. The Ridge emphasizes a 4:1 staff-to-client ratio to ensure attentive support throughout each individual’s recovery journey, combining medically supervised detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and biopsychosocial assessments tailored to each client’s needs.

Clients benefit from dual-diagnosis care, addressing co-occurring mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder alongside addiction. Therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and case management. Wellness activities like yoga, music therapy, and fitness sessions complement the holistic approach, while family involvement is encouraged through education, therapy, and support groups. After treatment, clients receive up to 12 months of aftercare with weekly therapy sessions, alumni gatherings, and continued support to maintain long-term recovery and overall well-being.
