HIR Wellness Institute is a survivor- and women-led organization offering free, culturally responsive mental health and wellness services to Indigenous and underserved communities. Rooted in Indigenous values and the CAM™ framework, their care includes therapy, advocacy, and community programs for all ages. They support survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking, and historical trauma. Services integrate traditional healing, occupational and art therapy, and programs like S.P.A.C.E. for Kids™, Story Menders™, and Peacemaker Massage. Youth and elder programs foster resilience, leadership, and cultural identity through whole-person, intergenerational healing.
