Sirona Recovery Access Point, located near the Fiserv Forum, provides comprehensive assessments to help adults with substance use concerns access appropriate care. Assessments, lasting about two hours, can be completed in-office, via telehealth, or at a client-preferred location. The process evaluates substance use, mental and physical health, family support, employment, education, and justice involvement. As a nonprofit, Sirona Recovery connects clients to services including residential, day, and outpatient treatment, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), recovery support coordination, and peer support, promoting long-term wellness and recovery.
