Momentum for Health SART offers a sub-acute residential treatment program (SART) for clients recovering from behavioral health crises. Designed as a homelike alternative to hospitalization, this program provides intensive, personalized care in a supportive environment. The facility accommodates 14-16 clients and has a dedicated team of providers who deliver psychiatric evaluations, customized treatment plans, and medication management.
