Covenant Hills Men's Treatment Center in San Clemente offers specialized care for men struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. The center provides both faith-based and traditional treatment tracks, including a Christian program with biblical teachings, prayer, evidence-based therapies, 12-Step facilitation, individual and group therapy, and relapse prevention. The traditional non-Christian track also uses 12-Step approaches and welcomes clients of all backgrounds. Covenant Hills focuses on men’s unique needs, offering gender-specific care that addresses parenting, vulnerability, and trauma in a supportive, distraction-free environment.

The 60-day residential program includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), trauma therapy, pastoral counseling, and family therapy. Clients can transition into day treatment or intensive outpatient programs (IOP), with housing available at sober living homes. Optional Christian recovery features daily devotionals, prayer, and pastoral counseling. Additional services include nutrition and health education, Gorski relapse prevention therapy, experiential activities, and off-site equine therapy. Covenant Hills provides thorough aftercare with continued therapy groups, alumni support, and a Recovery Assurance Guarantee, allowing a one-week free stabilization visit if relapse occurs, ensuring clients receive comprehensive, ongoing support for long-term recovery.
