Casa Serena Residential in Santa Barbara, California, provides specialized substance use and dual diagnosis treatment exclusively for women. This residential program focuses on addressing the unique challenges women face in maintaining sobriety and overall wellness. Clients receive individualized care through evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), 12-Step facilitation, art therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), yoga, and nutrition support. Each client is assigned a personal counselor to address co-occurring mental health conditions and provide the tools needed for sustainable, long-term recovery. Casa Serena also offers transitional sober living homes to support clients as they move toward outpatient treatment.

Located just blocks from the ocean, Casa Serena provides a serene, supportive environment designed to foster community and sisterhood. The residential center offers comfortable, up-scale accommodations and a welcoming atmosphere where women can focus fully on their healing journey.
