Rivendell Behavioral Health is a comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment facility, offering a multidisciplinary approach to care. They offer 3 levels of care: a residential program, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a partial hospitalization program (PHP). Their programs are age-specific and broken down into children and adolescents (ages 4-17) and adults (18+).
