Apex Recovery, located just inland from the Pacific Ocean, is a premier boutique treatment center offering residential and outpatient care in a luxury setting. Specializing in drug and alcohol addiction, Apex Recovery also treats co-occurring mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, self-esteem and relationship challenges, grief, and LGBT-specific concerns. Treatment begins with medically supervised detox, providing support and monitoring during withdrawal, followed by personalized care plans that focus on addressing the root causes of substance use.
The center combines evidence-based therapies with holistic approaches to treat mind, body, and spirit. Clients engage in individual and group therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), seeking safety, and holistic experiences like yoga, meditation, and animal therapy. Residential care includes gender-specific housing with private and semi-private rooms, some with balconies overlooking the San Diego mountains, plus amenities like a pool, hot tub, gourmet meals, and gym access. Clients also participate in therapeutic outings, helping them build sober social skills while continuing their recovery journey. AA/NA meetings are optional for those interested.
