Wings Recovery provides a safe and supportive environment for adult women, transgender, and nonbinary individuals seeking help for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. The center offers residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient programs, as well as transitional housing. Treatment plans are personalized, incorporating evidence-based therapies such as individual and family counseling, EMDR, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and trauma-informed approaches. Holistic methods including yoga, acupuncture, meditation, nutrition counseling, and art therapy enhance recovery and overall wellness.

At Wings Recovery, clients can participate in creative and social activities such as art projects, music creation, improv groups, movie and game nights, and receive vocational support. Off-site therapies include equine therapy and therapeutic outings. Residential and transitional apartments feature shared bedrooms, modern and comfortable spaces, and outdoor lounge areas in a sunny neighborhood near San Diego. Accredited by the Joint Commission and accepting both public and private insurance, Wings Recovery provides a comprehensive, nurturing, and structured environment to promote lasting recovery and holistic well-being.
