South Bay Guidance Wellness Recovery Center Unverified

South Bay Guidance Wellness Recovery Center, serving Chula Vista and southern San Diego County, provides comprehensive care for adults 18 and older with serious mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders. The center offers behavioral health and psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual and group counseling, peer support, case management, care coordination, mobile outreach, and crisis intervention. Clients also receive assistance with education and employment to support holistic recovery and long-term well-being.
