New Directions for Women in Costa Mesa offers a safe and supportive environment for women to reclaim their lives, rebuild families, and find lasting strength. Serving women at every stage of life, including pregnant women and mothers with children up to age 12, the center provides a full spectrum of care from detox and residential treatment to aftercare planning. With trauma-informed, narrative therapy approaches, women are empowered to explore and reframe painful experiences, building resilience, self-worth, and the skills for long-term recovery.
The California-based facility combines comfort and personalized care to support the healing process. Clients stay in private or shared bedrooms in a home-like setting with housekeeping, designated parking, and access to therapy and relapse prevention programs. Aftercare services, alumni support groups, and continued therapeutic guidance help women maintain sobriety and personal growth while staying connected to a community dedicated to empowerment and wellness.
