Change Lanes Youth Support Services provides specialized support for youth ages 8–17 who are at risk or involved with probation. The center focuses on children who have experienced trauma such as domestic violence, loss, or community conflict, offering a safe and nurturing environment. Through targeted programs, Change Lanes aims to reduce academic failure, substance use, teen violence, and other harmful behaviors. The team delivers personalized guidance using group-based life skills lessons, social-emotional learning, and mentoring to help youth build confidence, resilience, and better decision-making skills.

In addition to youth programs, Change Lanes offers court-approved classes and resources for adults, including parenting support, addiction education, and domestic violence awareness. Unique initiatives like Alternative Activities for Youth provide field trips, community service opportunities, and mentorship, all free of charge. Eligible participants are also assisted with CalFresh food benefits, ensuring holistic support. By combining evidence-based practices with compassionate care, Change Lanes empowers youth and families to create healthier lives and brighter futures.
