Paradigm Treatment – Malibu Teen Program has been transforming lives since 2010, offering residential care for teens ages 12–17 struggling with mental health and co-occurring substance use issues. With only six clients per home, Paradigm ensures personalized attention and a safe, intimate environment for healing. Their expert medical and clinical teams provide four individual therapy sessions each week, in addition to family and group therapy, helping teens address the root causes of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and mood disorders. Accredited by The Joint Commission and in-network with Anthem and other major insurers, Paradigm pairs evidence-based care with holistic therapies like yoga, meditation, and equine therapy. Academic support is integrated into treatment, with experienced coordinators providing continuity in studies so teens can return to school with confidence.

Located in scenic Malibu, California, Paradigm’s four beautiful homes are just blocks from the ocean, offering a serene setting with opportunities for beach walks, surfing, and outdoor activities. Their 30–90-day programs include structured therapy, nutritional guidance, and experiential healing, complemented by activities such as horseback riding, swimming, fitness, and creative outlets.
