Located in Tigard, Oregon, this modern 23-bed facility offers a calming environment where teens participate in a 30–45 day structured program designed to support emotional, behavioral, and academic stability. Each teen begins treatment in a private room, with the option of a roommate later in the program to encourage healthy peer connection. Treatment includes medication management, weekly evidence-based counseling, and daily therapeutic groups centered on life skills, recreation, community building, art therapy, play therapy, and recovery-focused learning.
Madrona Recovery for Teens places strong emphasis on family involvement and balanced academic engagement. Weekly virtual family therapy helps strengthen communication and support systems, while monitored phone calls keep teens connected to loved ones.
