Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Riverside Neighborhood Health Center provides comprehensive treatment for mental health and substance use disorders across the Inland Empire. Accredited by both the Joint Commission and CARF, RUHS offers residential and outpatient programs for children, transitional age youth (16-25), midlife adults, and older adults 60+, with tailored interventions for each group. Services include early intervention programs like Set-4-School for children aged 0-5, specialized care for pregnant and parenting women, individuals in the criminal justice system, and home visits for older adults. Translation services, including American Sign Language (ASL), and wheelchair-accessible facilities ensure accessibility for all.

RUHS follows a "whatever-it-takes" philosophy, emphasizing personalized care with therapy, daily life skills training, housing support, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when needed. Their approach integrates multidimensional family therapy (MDFT), coordination with primary care providers, and the use of the MyChart app for clients to access treatment notes during and after care. Outpatient programs operate weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with express care available to provide timely, flexible support for long-term recovery and stability.
