Casa Quetzal is a men-only residential addiction treatment program in San Francisco, operated by the Latino Commission. For over 30 years, the center has provided bilingual, holistic, and trauma-informed care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Clients receive personalized individual and group therapy, life skills training, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention counseling. The program emphasizes building resilience, self-awareness, and recovery tools to help men achieve lasting sobriety and personal growth.

The Casa Quetzal program is structured into four phases: Beginning, Working as One, Blooming Transitioning, and Movement with Balance and Integrity. Each phase guides clients to focus on recovery, develop essential life skills, and prepare for independent living. By integrating evidence-based practices with culturally sensitive support, Casa Quetzal creates a safe, nurturing environment that empowers men to overcome addiction, regain confidence, and maintain long-term recovery while fostering personal accountability and holistic well-being.
