Paradigm Treatment – Austin provides specialized residential treatment for teens ages 13–17 struggling with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, mood disorders, and personality disorders. Since 2010, Paradigm has offered a unique blend of intensive clinical care and experiential therapies, designed to uncover the root causes of mental health struggles and empower lasting change. Teens receive 4 individual therapy sessions per week, daily group therapy, family counseling, and personalized academic support to help them transition back to school smoothly. The program lasts 30–90 days, giving teens the time they need to heal, learn, and grow. Treatment integrates evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care with holistic practices including yoga, meditation, equine therapy, physical fitness, and expressive arts. Academic coordinators dedicate 3 hours per day, 5 days a week, ensuring educational continuity during treatment. Located in the scenic Texas Hill Country near Austin, the campus offers a safe, supportive, and intimate environment, with only 18 clients at a time for highly personalized care. Teens benefit from both on-site wellness activities and off-site adventures such as swimming, hiking, horseback riding, and day trips.
