Steps Recovery utilizes evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI) along with holistic therapies like art therapy, music therapy, and recreational therapy. They also aim to educate both the client and their family members about the disease of addiction by providing family counseling and weekly meetings.
