BAART Programs Port Angeles is an outpatient treatment center dedicated to helping individuals overcome opioid addiction through compassionate, evidence-based care. The center provides accessible services for people struggling with opioid use disorder, including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription pain medications, in a supportive and welcoming environment. Transportation assistance is available, helping clients maintain consistent attendance and stay engaged in treatment.
The program combines medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using methadone or buprenorphine with individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs. In addition to MAT, clients participate in individual and group counseling focused on understanding addiction, building healthy coping skills, and preventing relapse. With medical monitoring, treatment planning, pregnancy support, and ongoing recovery guidance, the center offers a safe space where individuals can heal, grow, and work toward long-term recovery.
