Liberation Programs Bridgeport Outpatient Services, located at the Pelletier Wellness Center on the east side of Bridgeport, provides intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment for adults living with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Open six days a week, the program offers in-person care with telehealth options when needed, allowing individuals to access structured treatment while maintaining daily responsibilities.
The program uses a harm reduction approach to support recovery from drug addiction and opioid addiction, offering individual, group, and family counseling alongside medications such as buprenorphine, naltrexone, and Suboxone to reduce cravings and overdose risk. Liberation Programs also provides recovery coaching, overdose prevention with naloxone, housing support units, and mobile outreach services that deliver referrals, prescriptions, and education. These comprehensive services promote safety, engagement, and long-term recovery while strengthening community health and prevention efforts.
