Tina Klem Serenity House, operated by Recovery Network of Programs, is a residential recovery home designed exclusively for women experiencing substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. The program serves women who have often experienced trauma and provides a safe, structured, female-only environment that supports emotional healing, stability, and long-term recovery through compassionate, evidence-informed care.
During a structured 90-day residential stay, participants engage in psychoeducational, group-based services focused on recovery and daily life stabilization. Programming includes relapse prevention for drug addiction and alcohol addiction, anger management, life and coping skills development, parenting education, employment readiness, health and wellness education, and safety planning. The home-like setting promotes community, security, and skill-building, helping women strengthen recovery, manage mental health symptoms, and prepare for successful reintegration into independent living.
