Embark at Newport Beach specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of adolescents and families struggling with mental health and behavioral disorders, including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, BPD, family conflict, social isolation, and technology addiction. Embark offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for intensive day treatment, providing 27–30 hours per week of therapy while patients live at home, along with education services to continue academic work. Their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides 3–4 days per week of group and individual therapy, family counseling, and flexible evening sessions to accommodate school or work.
