Embark at Newport Beach specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of adolescents and families struggling with mental health and behavioral disorders, including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, BPD, family conflict, social isolation, and technology addiction. Patients and families participate in creating individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. The experienced staff uses evidence-based therapies such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and SMART addiction counseling to support recovery and personal growth.

Embark offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for intensive day treatment, providing 27–30 hours per week of therapy while patients live at home, along with education services to continue academic work. Their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides 3–4 days per week of group and individual therapy, family counseling, and flexible evening sessions to accommodate school or work. Embark’s continuum of care also includes weekly or bi-weekly outpatient therapy and virtual or in-home counseling, ensuring ongoing support for long-term mental health and behavioral recovery.
